This release introduces significant improvements to weapon and ability management, allowing users to set default selection states for both weapons and profile abilities. These changes enable more flexible experimentation during simulations without affecting saved profiles.

Features

  • Weapons can now be marked as selected or unselected when editing a profile. #115
  • Marking weapons as selected or unselected directly on the Crunch page does not overwrite the selected/unselected state of the weapon in the saved profile.
  • ^ These two changes allow for a profile's weapons to have a saved "default" selection state that you can set, while still allowing for experimentation with the selected/unselected state of the weapons when using the profile in a simulation.
  • Profile abilities can now be marked as selected or unselected when editing a profile. #128
  • Marking profile abilities as selected or unselected directly on the Crunch page does not overwrite the selected/unselected state of the profile ability in the saved profile.

  • When selecting profile abilities that don't have an attack type condition, they are now automatically synchronised between melee and ranged attack types. E.g. if you select "Re-roll all hit roll results of 1 (if attacker)" for melee, it will also be selected for ranged.
  • Improvements to the default names given to units & model types when creating/editing a profile.
  • Added pagination to the changelog.
  • Added basic search to FAQ page.
  • Mildly improve styling of FAQ page. Mildly.
  • Performance improvements.

Fixed

  • More than one of the same preset modifier/ability can be added again.
