Fixes a couple of bugs regarding loading demo profiles and defender profile ability selected state.

Fixed

• Regression: Importing the demo profiles from the /manage-profiles page now works as expected again.
• Regression: Selecting a defender profile's "Feel no pain" ability now correctly displays the "Damage not ignored" weapon results column again.
• Selecting a defender profile with selected profile abilities now handles the selection state of those abilities correctly.
