New UI library & new theme.

• New UI library: more performant, easier to maintain, more flexible. This paves the way for the next few features I have planned.
• New theme. Partly because we have a new UI library & partly because I wanted to freshen things up a bit.
• Touchscreen devices only: Inputs that can accept dice notation now default to being number inputs but can optionally switch to a different mode that accepts dice notation. The result means that touchscreen users will get numeric keyboards by default which should cover the majority of use cases without sacrificing functionality. Non-touchscreen users will still get a text input that accepts both numbers and dice notation as they did before.
• Moved some help text into tooltips to reduce clutter in various places.
• Added a button to reset the sim count to 10k in one click.
• Improved chart animation stability.
• Fixed some very minor bugs along the way.
