Some polish around logging in and signing up.

• Fixed the security check on the log in, sign up and password reset forms not resetting after an unsuccessful attempt, which could leave a second try failing until the check refreshed itself.
• Improved those same forms so the submit button waits for the security check to finish, with a short note to say that is what it is doing.
• Improved the wording of log in, sign up and password reset error messages, which were showing some raw technical detail.
