Clearer roster import errors and a couple of Pricing page fixes.

• Improved the message you get when a roster import is refused. It now names the roster builders UnitCrunch supports, so it's easier to tell which file you should be uploading.
• Fixed the Pricing page sometimes still showing your old plan after you logged out.
• Fixed some accounts whose Premium subscription had ended being unable to renew it from the Pricing page.
• Internal improvements with no change to results.
