1.16.1

Bug fixes following the 1.16.0 release, mostly around saved modifiers and staying signed in.

• Fixed sign-up confirmation links failing for some Outlook and Microsoft 365 addresses, where the email's link scanner used up the link before you could and you were told it had expired. Confirming your email now takes a button press on the page the link opens.
• Fixed saving a modifier sometimes adding a duplicate copy of it to your Library.
• Fixed a modifier restricted to several keywords being saved as a separate modifier when you picked the keywords in a different order, instead of matching the one you already had or the preset.
• Changed older saved modifiers restricted to several keywords to read "MONSTER or VEHICLE" instead of "MONSTER, VEHICLE", so they match newer ones and the presets. Profiles saved on your device from an older version now get the new wording when you import them into your account too.
• Fixed the profile picker showing no profiles, or the Library table emptying, when your sign-in was being refreshed in the background.
• Fixed One vs Many changes failing to save when the page was open in more than one tab.
