1.16.4

Roster import now lists 40k.app, plus a handful of small fixes.

• Added 40k.app to the roster builders listed on the Import Roster page. Its .ros exports import as they are.
• Fixed weapon keywords written in capitals, like ASSAULT and HAZARDOUS, showing up in the import notes as unmatched abilities when there was nothing to match.
• Fixed uploading a custom faction pack from a codex editor showing a confusing error. It now tells you to export your army list instead.
• Fixed a quick double tap on Sign up showing a "Sign up failed" message even though your account was created.
• Improved how quickly the Changelog, FAQ and Policy pages load.
