A few stability fixes.

• Fixed an intermittent problem where saving your setup could fail just after signing in or switching accounts. Your configuration now saves reliably.
• Fixed a crash on the Crunch page that could happen when your browser automatically translated the page (for example with Google Translate). The calculator keeps working, and page text can still be translated.
• Fixed a "page not found" error that appeared right after signing up for Premium. You now land on your account page with confirmation that your subscription is active.
