Bug fixes and performance improvements.

• Fixed an issue on some Android keyboards (notably Samsung) where search and filter lists, like the ability picker and profile search, would not narrow down as you typed until you closed the keyboard. Results now update on each keystroke.
• Improved page loading on the Crunch page by loading icons up front instead of fetching them one by one as buttons and controls appear.
