Roster import is now free for everyone.

• Changed roster import from a Premium feature to free for all users. Upload your army list and turn each unique unit into a profile, whatever plan you are on.
• Added a monthly allowance on the free plan: two roster imports each month, reset on the 1st.
• Premium still includes unlimited imports.
• Improved Multi-Crunch UI to remember which sections you had expanded or collapsed between visits.
• Added a Profiles menu to the navigation, grouping Manage Profiles and Import Roster together.
