Points efficiency is now a chart rather than a pair of table rows, and it reads as a trade: what your attacker costs against how much of the target you expect to destroy. As before, both profiles need a "Points" value for it to appear.

  • Changed the "Summary" tab to show points efficiency as a "Points traded" chart beneath the results chart, in place of the "Attacker points efficiency" and "Defender points efficiency" rows. Those two rows were always the same figure stated two ways round, so nothing has been lost. The chart works from points, so if either your attacker or your defender has no "Points" value set it is left out of the results, exactly as the old rows were. Set "Points" on both profiles and it appears.
  • Added "Points" and "Ratio" tabs for reading the trade two ways. "Points" sets your attacker's cost against the points you expect to destroy, so you can see whether the attack pays for itself. "Ratio" shows the same thing as a multiple, with an even trade in the middle of the scale. The bar turns green once you are trading up, and your choice of view is remembered.
  • Improved the layout of the "Summary" tab, where the table and the chart beside it had grown out of step. The notes that were under the table now sit behind a "?" button next to the figure they explain.
  • Fixed the "Mortal wounds" effect accepting a "Maximum" lower than anything the effect could ever deal. A "Value" of 4 with a "Maximum" of 2 quietly threw the value away. The "Maximum" now has to be at least the lowest total the "Value" can roll, so a value of D6 capped at 3 still works exactly as it did.
  • Changed the inputs that take dice notation, such as "Attacks", "Strength" and "Damage", to centre their value on desktop. They now line up with the plain number inputs sitting beside them, as they already did on phones and tablets.
  • Improved page load times.
